External adversity: pressures/asks coming from customers (external people) for the customer’s best interest that violates personal moral beliefs
Internal adversity: pressures/influences from internal colleagues that may be in the best interest for the company/you but violates personal moral beliefs
Ethical considerations for my project:
- teams other than customer success may feel excluded from the conversation as they aren’t analysts
- resolution: give prompts of how they can post - show that their help is also very important
- remote workers may not be able to travel in to the office for the workshop & may not feel included in the workshop if online
- resolution: host an online only session so that the online group is the focus and they don’t feel excluded/like they can’t interrupt
- consider that engaging and posting on Linkedin may be time taken out of personal hours or needed working hours
- resolution: show appreciation for people who have time to do this and provide small, quick things people can do to help if their working day is full
Values underpin the ethical codes of an organisation
